Deploying to the pi that is in-accessible from the outside network, so either a polling-based system, or some kind of tunnel into the network would be required to deploy via github action automatically.
We don't want to deploy when someone is using the laser. Or even if the laser is of but the blower/chiller are still running during the cooldown period.
It might effect the reliability, or the perceived reliability of the laser.
