Tailwind Update

I would recommend to update the tailwindcss dependecy of this app from:

• v3.4.7 to v4

How to do that?

• By running this to terminal: npx @tailwindcss/upgrade

Notes: I would recommend creating a new branch first and apply the update there first.

The entire css structure breaks of react-bootstrap breaks when upgrading to tailwind v4.

Going to continue reformatting the current style to an updated one.
