Campaign | Posters: New status “Handlungsbedarf"

As an app user, I would like to distinguish posters that need to be dealt with for other reasons than being damaged or missing.

Acceptance criteria:

• new status "Umzuhängen"
• position in poster edit toggle in third place ("Beschädigt | Verschollen | Umzuhängen | Abgehängt")
• color for this status, see Campaign | Posters: Icon enhancements #550

In principal, of course, everything is possible. :)

However, some clarification is needed:

• At the moment we have a toggle with three options ("Beschädigt", "Verschollen", "Abgehangen"). At which position should this new fourth option be?
• In my mind, the existing options "Beschädigt" and "Verschollen" can also be interpreted as "Handlungsbedarf". In order not to confuse people I would suggest a different name. "Sonstiger Handlungsbedarf" would be appropriate, but is too long. Do you have suggestions?

  That's tricky. "Handlungsbedarf or "Dringend handeln" is the best description, it's simply on point. But it's too long for sure.
  What about "Aktion nötig" or simple and short "Falsch"?
  And in the descripition below it says "Dringender Handlungsbedarf"?
