Flagship Provider for Flags SDK

Overview

This PR adds a new Flagship adapter for the Flags SDK, enabling seamless integration with Flagship's feature flags and experimentation platform.

Features

• Support for all Flagship decision modes:
  • Decision API (default)
  • Bucketing
  • Edge Bucketing with Vercel Edge Config
• Environment variable configuration
• Custom adapter creation with specific settings
• Flag exposure tracking

The README includes detailed setup instructions and examples showing how to:

• Install and configure the adapter
• Use the default adapter instance
• Create custom adapter instances
• Work with Edge Bucketing mode
