Current version /chares call now generates a 406 error on Jane

wrong accept type, expect application/eat+jwt; eat_profile="tag:github.com,2024:veraison/ratsd" (got application/eat+jwt; eat_profile=tag:github.com,2024:veraison/ratsd)

Confirm the correct value for the above

I remember I saw quotation marks around eat_profile from #15 , @thomas-fossati can you confirm this?
