Add a "mock" mode

We want to enable some early end-to-end testing of ratsd, without a real backend.

For that, we could have "mock" mode where custom evidence can be supplied from the command line, e.g.:

ratsd mock --evidence my-cmw-file.json

Replace uuuu,x,y,z,xyz with whatever is required (if at all).

PR #39 will bring in the MockTSM sub-attester, which is available all the time. I personally don't consider /mock is needed because /chares always returns the output from MockTSM .

Hi @thomas-fossati, I’d be glad to contribute to the implementation of the "mock" mode for early end-to-end testing. I can help define CLI behavior, integrate example CMW files, and clarify how this complements or differs from the MockTSM sub-attester in PR #39.

Could you please assign me to this issue so I can begin contributing?
