Insert TDX Profile CoRIM Templates in CoCLI repository

CoCLI needs to fully support TDX Profile.

This issue tracks the following:

1. Introduce TDX Profile example templates
2. Verify that cocli can create unsigned CoRIMs and signed CoRIMs with TDX Measurement extensions
