Current directory is not a meson build directory

On Fedora running meson compile -C build, I get "Current directory is not a meson build directory" error. meson setup build creates a build folder, in the info in the terminal says the build build foleder is /bestsource-master/build.

There was an error doing the setup, "ibp2p/simd/cpuinfo_x86.cpp does not exist."

You didn't clone the submodule.
