Project: Add decorrellation plot(s)/assessment to AIND pipeline

@emma-gibbens has some python code which we will submit into AIND pipeline

@yarikoptic has ideas on adding extra functionality on top , e.g. hierarchical clustering

Prerequisites

• make AIND pipeline working locally with dev env set

Added some Python code to identify decorrelation points / plot firing rates and correlation matrices. See PR #5 , or 2026-neuropixels-hack/decorrelation_analysis
