Create script to autogenerate rounds info

          This is very hard to maintain. The least we could do is to create a script that autogenerates this file, and a check on the CI that it is up to date. You could take inspiration from the script that autogenerates the [Apps' information](https://github.com/valory-xyz/trader/blob/v0.22.0/packages/valory/skills/decision_maker_abci/rounds.py#L84-L189).

I understand that this is a lot of extra work, so let's at least create an issue for that.
