Make Video > Filters window floating / non-blocking

Hi! Is it possible to make Filters window (Video > Filters) always "on" e.g. floating so that it does not block dub access and editing? It is useful when we heavily work with filters and constantly need to change values, so that it could always be accessible or pushed to an extended screen.
