Issue with Dispatch in Cakephp 3.0 #48
Description
Hi,
when i convert this plugin into cakephp 3.0 with minimal changes,i got the following error.

**Error: Controller could not be found.
Error: Create the class Controller below in file: src\Controller\Controller.php
