Before a print, after the extruder primes itself by doing some extruding in the lower left of the print bed, it slowly moves towards the printing area (movement A) then moves quickly to the printing area (movement B).
I have noticed that sometimes the extruder extrudes material during movement B, this material almost always ends up damaging the print. A check in the G-code might prevent this behavior.
