Can it run with DNA or RNA modification?

Thanks for this team's tool, which helped me with lots of protein structures in the past few years.

As a student specializing in epigenetics, I'm curious to know if this software is capable of handling sequences with modifications, such as DNA methylation or RNA m6A. Additionally, I'd like guidance on how to incorporate modifications into the sequence or processing file.
