Update Trainings

Update the Trainings to use the same concepts that Christian added to the JedR Trials. Add the paged tables, use gradethis, use the praise list in other place.

• We need some standard wording on the first page of training that if this is the first page they've loaded, they have to wait for all the packages to download. We could build it once as a snippet of code then then use an include to put on pages when/where we want it. (We could do this with the first Trial, perhaps? Or the Trial/Training indexes?
• Let's add the render-df: paged-table in these lessons. Double-check that everything still works.
• We'll have to convert this to use gradethis like I did in trials. Follow those examples. Let's include hints and solutions. One difference is we don't have to build new pages to advance (though we can if we want?)
• Can add in some spots in text to add the praise list back in, we just can't do it in the grading answers. Will need to be creative on how to do that.
