Question regarding not working webhook

Hello Ushahidi team,

I've configured a webhook under Settings → Webhooks on a hosted ushahidi.io deployment, but I'm not getting any GET or POST request to the target URL when a survey post is created. I verified the target URL is publicly reachable (tested with webhook.site).

Is this feature available on hosted deployments (ushahidi.io)? Or is it only available for self-hosted installations?
