Other information/Open Questions
Is there a list of program managers to reach out to? This ticket is specifically for pre-outreach, but Frank mentioned he had some names of individuals that we could contact. It might be worth seeing if there are other sources we could get names. (e.g. Talk to Aaron Pava?)
What do we want to know from each interviewee? _We should discuss this further. We can reference the onsite agenda for the discussion on DITAP for program managers and the goals here. In general, we want to talk with them about DITAP and what would benefit them.
It might be helpful to talk with someone in the program office and they can tell us what is missing (as a starting point)._
What is the objective and scope of the interviews? TBD
Is this WS1 or WS2 related? This seems to fall more into the WS1 wheelhouse, but we can be sure to update the WS2 in our weekly sync on this work in case we need to coordinate.
Additional context
At the onsite, we determined that one of our DITAP adaptations would be DITAP for program managers. Before we start designing that adaptation, we want to start with interviewing program managers on their experiences and best practices.
