Locate and fix dead links in repo

The automatic link checker found three dead links:

This ticket is to hunt down where those links are located, find out where the relevant materials are, and fix the links.

Not sure what the priority should be on this so am assigning it to Farook for prioritization and disposition.

2. For the Stakeholder Interest Template, we have this doc here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Kujhm3vCmuuHnceIt65uU0fdV0RlexsT/edit This is already part of the LMS content, so it might already be in the repo. If not, can we please add this doc to the repo and link to this.

Yes.

Problem with last two links is that they are located on a pw protected courseware site. One of the questions I've had is how to deal with links to courseware: should we download the courses as SCORM files and add those to the repo? How can I access the courseware account to grab those docs? @farooqzakhilwal @april-cruz

Latest run identified two additional broken links. I'll fix those as well.:
