Cookies policy page missing information

The cookie policy page needs to be updated to include information coming from the cookie plugging:

1. We need to add a hyperlink for users to open the consent preference centre from the cookie policy page. See the page here
2. the cookie table is missing. To my understanding this should be a piece of code coming from the plugging that reads the cookies on the site and presents them neatly in a table where the "xxx" are.
   Could you please add this to the actions for next week? Thanks!
