Need support for white-label application form creation and retrieval in java SDK #47
Description
This SDK does not appear to have any way to create and get White-label Application Forms. Methods should be added to support both operations as they appear to be incompatible with the existing unit.java.sdk.api.UnitApi#createApplicationForm and unit.java.sdk.api.UnitApi#getApplicationForm methods.
