Add customers email to the email that Matthea receives

In order for Matthea to communicate with the customer (in case a shoe is no longer available, for example) we need to include the customers email in the order confirmation email that Matthea receives.

Matthea also wanted to have the customers include their phone numbers in the email that she receives. This will require us to add a new input form to take that data, include it in the stripe transaction and the email that she is sending (need to update the email lambda)
