i am currently using a tenda wifi usb stick and the new pi kernel update is knocking out the driver for this wifi stick. has anyone else been having this issue? i believe the tenda usb stick uses a ralink chip, although it may also be an old mediatek chip.
what is interesting is that that the tenda usb stick will still allow me to create a local network with the upgraded pi kernel but will not connect to the internet. is this a wpa supplicant issue? or something else, should i just drop this usb wifi stick, if so which one will work with ulnoiot?
