The default `conf` mode seems missing

Not able to find an oldaskconfig script ?

  --oldaskconfig          Start a new configuration using a line-oriented program
  --oldconfig             Update a configuration using a provided .config as base
  --silentoldconfig       Same as oldconfig, but quietly, additionally update deps
  --olddefconfig          Same as silentoldconfig but sets new symbols to their default value

It prompts for everything, with the old as default.

Any new config entries are marked with (NEW)

Using oldconfig as a workaround, but that means user will never see the defaults.

Loaded configuration '.config'
No change to configuration in '.config'
