New release request

Hi owner,

I found out that the version hasn't changed for three years. If i want to use this software, is there any release plan for this software in the near future? If not, is there are unsubmitted bugs that needs attention?

Rather unfortunately, it appears the original author of Kconfiglib disappeared. The Zephyr project has been granted ownership of the PyPI package via PEP-541 request, and I'm going to do a release based on a new repository in the zephyrproject-rtos organization here: https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/Kconfiglib

I'll be working on landing open PRs in the new repo and doing a new release soon!
