• Complete and submit UC's IT Use Policy Form
• Complete and submit UCL Student Assistant Appointment Form
• Student completes UC Flex forms (online)
• Verify student shows up in time card system
• Student verifies their I9
• Direct deposit
• Submit Samvera ICLA

• Add to MS Teams
• Add to GitHub Developer team
• Add to team Outlook calendar
• Add to existing calendar events

Equipment

• Give Bearcat card dock in/out privileges

• Prepare laptop (wipe)
  • Install VPN
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Office 365: Log into https://mail.uc.edu, Then visit https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl and click “Install Office”
  • Favorite web browser. Safari is installed by default, but you can download and install what you want.
  • Favorite code editor. If you don’t have one, GitHub’s Atom editor is good: https://atom.io
  • Install xcode, Homebrew, and rvm (do this in the terminal app)
