Update Nuxeo content fetcher, to accommodate punctuation in filenames

Builds on #1204

UCSF requested re-harvesting of the UCSF 125th Anniversary Collection on Calisphere: https://calisphere.org/collections/26303/ -- the thumbnails are displaying correctly, but the item landing pages now have the wrong image.

Looks like the image files all have periods (.) in the middle of the filename.
This is the chosen image that is displaying throughout the collection: https://nuxeo.cdlib.org/nuxeo/nxdoc/default/fe2f662b-277f-4723-8c83-3746bb2f731a/view_documents (instead of the image that should be displayed)

Looks like this collection was last modified ~Nov 2016. We think the period-in-the-filename issue was introduced with Rikolti.

The mapping is happening correctly now. However, the content harvester is dutifully retrieving the old media component from the s3 cache instead of downloading the new/correct one:

@aturner The cache has been cleared for this collection. Can you try reharvesting?

@amywieliczka and I are discussing how we can scan S3 for existing Nuxeo collections that have this issue so that we can clear their caches and reharvest. Once that's done, this should not be a problem moving forward.
