[CincoCtrl]: CDL user permissions to access all repository data in the Dashboard view #1214
Description
Within the current CincoCtrl user permissions model, CDL'ers need to assign specific repositories and a Contributor role within the "User Roles" section in order to interact with those repositories' finding aids in the Dashboard view.
Can we look into the permissions model, so CDL staff accounts have full access to all repository data in the Dashboard view?
