[Xenial] Recording voice-messages doesn't work as expected

Telegram 2.5.4 for Xenial devel channel 10.07.18 - Hammerhead, BQ 4.5 etc.

Hi,
Recording a voice-message on TG was working fine a few days ago until today when I tried to send a new one and nothing happened. Actually one (1) of the recorded messages was sent but not displayed on my phone. I noticed this because I had access to the phone of the person I sent a message to.
This bug was already informed in the QA group and was reported by a few others too.

At the moment I'm stuck w/only Windows 10 on my system. I need to verify that I can handle UBports development through VMware first. For the time being, I can't help you with this. Sorry!

Anyway - as it used to work on earlier 'dev' builds of 16.04 - I wonder if an incremental changelog for new images might come handy in future. In case there would've been a regression, that might have helped in identifying the source
