Convert packages spec files to use autochangelog #243

@tulilirockz and I discussed using %autochangelog macro for spec files because several which already existed in this repo use it, but ones ported in from config repo (just, luks, udev-rules, signing, etc) have manual changelogs.

Ideally we convert to autochangelog, I don't want to lose existing changelog history, though.

How can we do this?
