PC refuses to go to sleep

Describe the bug

When I left my pc on it would go to sleep just fine on bazzite but after rebasing the pc just does not go to sleep on it's own at all. The screen does not go off after 5 minutes and pc does not go to sleep after 15 minutes, changing these settings did not fix this.

What did you expect to happen?

For pc to go to sleep after the set timer for sleep in the gnome settings. First the display should go off after 5 minutes and pc should go to sleep after 15 minutes idle.
