We enabled the image but we still need the ISOs to have all the fancy things. Should be mostly just a copy-paste from the other workflows

We most likely dont want -dx isos for now, just have -dx as an optional extension to the images.

We just need aarch64 support for our bib fork, disable aarch64 ISO for gdx, and aarch64 for the bib action on ublue-os

We also need to template out the ISO config toml file.
I believe images will try to rebase onto the image defined there on boot.
