Create a branding package for Aurora to the packages COPR #268

Just like in Bluefin, we should create "branding" package on the ublue-os COPR for stuff like brew, fastfetch etch

Like in https://github.com/ublue-os/packages/tree/main/packages/bluefin

I'll try to take a look today to get started atleast

As discussed in Discord, lets start with a few smaller/easier packages first

fastfetch
wallpapers

Then advance from there to others
