Preliminary checklist

  • I have read the README
  • I have searched existing issues for my feature request. This is a new issue (NOT a duplicate) and is not related to another issue.
  • I have searched wont fix issues and this request is not among them
  • This is a feature request for the Cromite browser; not the website nor F-Droid nor anything else.

Is your feature request related to privacy?

No

Is there a patch available for this feature somewhere?

No. There is not.

Describe the solution you would like

So, I wanted a feature to remove or rearrange the buttons on the tool bar for a more organized look. And I've searched through the settings and flags, And there was no feature for It. So mind if you add the feature? Like a button to remove the back and forward arrow in the toolbar and move the reload button to the right direction? This way, People can use the mostly used buttons and still like how it looks without the search bar being squished by buttons.

Try using the toolbar customization feature if it is present? (Unaware since I mainly use gecko browsers on desktop)

Check for #toolbar-pining flagif Cromite hasn't removed it, IIRC it was present in any other Chromium spin I tried on VM last time.

Then if it is there enable it, restart, menu -> more tools -> customize "insertbrowsername".
You can't rearrange as much a gecko based browser but you can toggle stuff on and off.

I think cromite removed it because if I copy and paste it to make it correct, It wasn't there PLUS even if I kept scroll to check if it was available, it was not so yeah... Big rip

I think cromite removed it because

#toolbar-pinning only works on desktops.
Rather than modifying the bar, I would insert another one dedicated to "commands".
I still don't have a clear idea of what I want to do.
