Patch does not work on Windows.

thank you for maintaining the project. I encountered some issues while compiling the latest version on Windows, and I'm looking forward to your response.

The apply-single-patch.sh script uses wiggle to update the patch, but this tool does not work properly on Windows. Applying the patch directly using "git apply Do-not-build-API-keys-infobar.patch" will fail.

Is it possible to create a new patch after successfully applying the patch using wiggle, and update it on GitHub?

is correct but during the build I use git am
