According to me Bromite & Cromite is the Purest (100%) FOSS Chromium based Fork browser, with NO proprietary software's libraries in it, same way these browsers should prefer Excellent, Finally, an efficient wide-spectrum content blocker, Easy on CPU and Memory, that is purely FOSS.

Hopefully it may be considered.

adblockplus (the version I use) is written in c++, the language in which chromium is written, while ublock is javascript.

I am only interested in the code, which is open and definitely readable.

there are so many differences between Cromite and Chromium as evidenced by the sheer amount of patches inclided in Cromite that I don't think it's even a fair comparison.

maybe for windows, but in android there is no support for extensions, unless I put it in, but I'm not convinced yet.

of course it is! just like with chromium, the same rules apply to adblockplus, so much so that I have disabled some features I don't like.

oh ok. i had no idea that adblock plus was also patched as well. in that case, it seems fine to use AdBlock Plus.

I'm USING Forks browsers of Chromium based, and NOT Chromium itself with it's Services or Chrome/Beta/Dev/Canary Proprietory codes in C++.

uBo is above adblocker also, it has many features for advanced users.

For me Cromite is Great special browser that requires excellent content blocker extension also.
Just imagine Cromite + uBlockOrigin will experience great combination.

Uazo, Ultimately It completely depends on your own self wish, will and choice.

I do know Adblock Plus Eyeo is WIP (Work in Progress).

But, Cromite is the excellent browser and it deserves excellent uBlock Origin.

Frankly speaking, To do one thing that is Adblocking, we required two adblocks old subresource_filter (Legacy one) & New Eyeo, but matters effectiveness.

Ultimately your choice, Uazo.
