Remove references to DOWNLOADME #6

Having a zip file seems to make everything more complicated. Remove from the READMEs any reference to .zip files, then delete the DOWNLOADMEs.

Apparently github automatically packs things into zips, so the zip is doubly redundant'

Finding the right button to download a whole folder as a .zip file is not evident — ergo the DOWNLOADME stays.
