Zooming shortcuts inconsistent on QWERTY

Description

Zooming the preview panel does work consistently with most other applications when using a QWERTY keyboard.
To behave consistently with normal browser behavior, Typst should accept CTRL + - and CTRL + SHIFT + - to zoom out and CTRL + = and CTRL + SHIFT + = for zooming in.
CTRL + 0 already works correctly (CTRL + SHIFT + 0 also works correctly, which is to do nothing)

The current behavior is that CTRL + SHIFT + - and CTRL + = are not captured by preview panel, and the normal browser zoom in/out is applied instead.
