make a simple addon that include several of them, as a test
if this works, split the ultracharger to smaller addons (at least consider doing it)

Pros

it partially removes the config that are needed to conditionally disable addons

Cons

it may become a maintenance/update/publish nightmare if versions need to be propagated etc
if there is still config, the namespace might be unclear
it can be tricky to decide which addon depends requires which

Alternative

a kind of eject of ultracharger
