Allow slots in InlineSVG #11

As done in the experimental svg as layout, using id="v-slot:default" for the default slot etc.

Also check that InlineSVG is properly an async component
check that transformed gradients work properly when instantiated several times (they seem to be using xlink:href)
consider proposing an layout:svg that automatically inlines such an svg
