Expected behaviour

Troubleshooting New Issue template should offer ROS Distro: Jazzy and OS: Ubuntu 24.04

Actual behaviour

User must choose incorrect responses from pull down menus then edit the submitted issue to correct.

Error messages

Not applicable

To Reproduce

  1. Click new issue
  2. Click troubleshooting
  3. Attempt to answer ROS Distro with Jazzy
  4. Attempt to answer OS with Ubuntu 24.04

Other notes

While at it could add Create3 Firmware question
