Server sending heartbeat to URL <not supplied> every 30s

I keep seeing this message in my logs and I can see references to it in the code, however I can't find any documentation on how to set it.

Currently running libsql-server via Docker. I don't see any env variables for it in the docs, am I missing something? It would be really useful to have access to this!

I have only just started looking into sqld, but I spotted this in the help (sqld --help) which might help you:

      --heartbeat-url <HEARTBEAT_URL>
          The URL to send a server heartbeat `POST` request to. By default, the server doesn't send a heartbeat

          [env: SQLD_HEARTBEAT_URL=]

      --heartbeat-auth <HEARTBEAT_AUTH>
          The HTTP "Authorization" header to include in the a server heartbeat `POST` request. By default, the server doesn't send a heartbeat

          [env: SQLD_HEARTBEAT_AUTH=]

      --heartbeat-period-s <HEARTBEAT_PERIOD_S>
          The heartbeat time period in seconds. By default, the the period is 30 seconds

          [env: SQLD_HEARTBEAT_PERIOD_S=]
          [default: 30]

The relevant env vars seem to be SQLD_HEARTBEAT_URL, SQLD_HEARTBEAT_AUTH and SQLD_HEARTBEAT_PERIOD_S.
