Send traces to OTEL collector

[Trustify] -> [OTEL-COL] -> [Jaeger]

• We don't need to change the app, it is working already https://github.com/helio-frota/otel-actix-example?tab=readme-ov-file#otel-collector
• We need to config helm to make this work

There is a possibility of sending traces to otel col and not get the flag 60 error
