Test ANALYZE statement in BaseIcebergConnectorSmokeTest

The behavior of ANALYZE differs across catalogs, especially in the REST catalog implementation.

We should add a test to [BaseIcebergConnectorSmokeTest](https://github.com/trinodb/trino/blob/master/plugin/trino-iceberg/src/test/java/io/trino/plugin/iceberg/BaseIcebergConnectorSmokeTest.java) to verify the behavior for each catalog.
