Screen frozen from Preview

Describe the Bug

My Xteink X4 is currently bricked at the moment. I was testing some new backgrounds, and I have had problems with the preview being buggy. I accidentally hit the preview while screwing around, and it has been stuck on the preview screen for a couple of days now. I tried resetting, taking out the SD, adding a new SD, and I have also tried to reinstall the original software and reinstall CrossPet v1.8.3.
Would love any thoughts or opinions! My last resort is to let the battery die to see if that helps but it might take a couple of days.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to settings
2. Go to Sleep Screen - Page overlay
3. Use the 2nd button to the right to get into preview mode
4. I usually can't back out of it and would have to reset altogether. This time, it has stayed frozen on the screen

Expected Behavior

I have been having issues with the preview button altogether. Ideally, fixed or an option to opt out of it
