Check if TEST-GUIDE has results for filter

Describe the feature request

For automation purposes it is necessary to check for existing results. The reqeuested information can be used to decide which test cases should be planned for next iteration.

Requirements

• TEST-GUIDE connection as data class
  • url
  • projectId
  • AuthKey
  • opt. proxy
• TEST-GUIDE filter as data class (see /api-docs/?urls.primaryName=Report%20Management%20API)
• return true if there is at least one result, false otherwise
