Hi, I've been using AWCC for a while now on a G15-5511 and I had to make some modifications for it to work properly, like changing the fan names. But the version I use is based on pretty old code (117 commits behind main as I write this), I tested the newest version and it doesn't seem to be working correctly anymore.

Anyway here's what I changed from that original code, I changed the fan name to fan1 so getFanSpeed works correctly for toggleGMode, and I also implemented a function to toggle the turbo state on the intel_pstate driver when you toggle G-Mode:

A custom bind to toggle turbo mode would still need a password prompt though as it's not going through the daemon so that kinda defeats the purpose of using the newer version.

Yes gmode and turbo mode are totally different thing u dont have a option via cli (not in near future too i guess as its "Extra" type of thing)

Personally I think the CLI option would be the first thing and the GUI would be the extra.

As it is I think I'll still be using my old patched version until turbo can be toggled with the daemon, I might take a look at the code when I have time to see if I can implement the turbo CLI option cause the daemon is pretty cool, other than that thanks for your work!
