Don't rediret "all" to "web" when manually clicked

Currently there's no way to get to the "all" tab when the udm=14 option is enabled. It would be nice if you checked for manual clicks on the "all" tab to not automatically redirect it. An easy way to do it would be editing the URL the "all" button points to to include udm=0.

udm=0 is a good idea! I'll add that and test it soon.

There's another issue (#38) I really need to fix for the next patch that's unrelated but I'd like to ask if you've experienced it because udm=14 is a false-by-default option: does this option ever turn off on its own? I've had issues where on occasion (usually after an update or reload) the addon chooses the default value of a config option over whatever the user has set it as when the plugin loads.

This may be an issue only when I'm switching from my development copy to/from the addons.mozilla.org copy, but I don't know for sure. If you've noticed anything wrong please do mention, but if not then it may just be my development copy issue.
