After clicking "Load More" at bottom of page, there is no icon to indicate results are loading

When clicking "Load More" at bottom of page, after the additional results load and you scroll to the bottom of those results, the page continues loading results but does not indicate that it is doing so even when it is slow. User thus does not know if more results are coming until they are loaded.

Steps:

• Search "moo" in search bar
• 178 results returned, scroll to bottom of page, click "Load more"
• More results load, then scroll to bottom of those
• More results are loading, but there is no loading icon displayed or other indication this is happening when server is slow to return additional results.

Expected:

• Loading icon displayed at end of results or text explaining more results are loading

Actual:

• No indications given.

Infinite scroll works - though if the results are not returned in time, you do need to show the "loading..." text

@fnisen Is this a bug? We only planned on having the Loading... message when clicking the Loading button, and not when the user is doing the infinite scroll.

@callmekatootie, @nlitwin - yes, bug for this one because it's a reasonable expectation, even if we didn't plan it.
