Adaptive favicon (dark and light mode)

Would be nice to have your favicon adapt to the system color scheme, by adding:

<style>
    @media (prefers-color-scheme: dark) {
      path {
        fill: #FFFFFF;
      }
    }
</style>

to your SVG favicon, and then add:

<link rel="icon" href="/favicon.svg" sizes="any" type="image/svg+xml" />

in conjunction to the current favicon for fallback.
