Nav Bar segment missing on Confirmation page

When you hit a confirmation page, the middle bar that generally holds the available actions for the page is empty and thus blank. Expected UI here would be for a blank middle segment to be visible.

On a big screen, use an empty bar; on a small screen, don't show anything.

Possible solution: if actions exist, have tripartite nav: Fund Logo, Action Bar, Accounts Section; if no actions available on the page, extend the Fund logo segment to the right while keeping the logo itself left Aligned. @ahlmark can maybe share a design for this to see if we actually like it.
